My Gallery

Hello. Bonjour.Hola. Shalom. Marhabah. Jambo.

This is my art gallery/portfolio. I post things that I create. I post things I am inspired by. Either way, this should be fun. So pour the wine, bring out the cheese and crackers and don't forget to sign the guest book. Tootles!

Food for Thought

Welcome to my virtual art gallery. People from all over the world have bought, cloud-watched and identified with my pieces. They are a reflection of my mood, energy, and spontaneity. A lot of artists create art because it is a satisfying means of expression. But the truth is, anyone can create art. It is just about pushing past your fears of not creating anything beautiful and to keep going. I used to erase a lot until I burned a hole in my paper. Now I look at a lonely dull stroke as the beginning of a tree branch or a new abstract form rather than a mistake. There are no mistakes in art because it is a creation process. If you plan it too much, it can kill creativity. People often forget that there are two parts to a human, the logical and emotional side. It is easy to write off emotions because they are in constant flux. They're unreliable, unplanned, and disorganized. That is scary to humans, who need to feel some sense of control in this chaotic world. But, they are the fuel of the creative process. Just ask yourself, how many good inventions were purely logical? They usually start as concepts that people think are strange. Electricity was weird once. It was a freak idea. However, everything in existence came from the elements in the ground or magic (even cooler ha). Even we are made of tiny atoms, quarks etc. So next time you are stumped by what to do with a blank canvas or an every day problem, just remember your sheer existence is a result of a creative process, so everything you do, if you remove your doubts, will also be creative. Enjoy the art and leave comments if you're inspired!
